Paleographical complaints 1 (of many)

Why the hell does the "s" in any number of Tudor documents look just like an "o"?

This blog was first conceived in early 2012 (under the title "Mordu and Rachel in London") when Mordu and I traveled to the U.K. so Mordu could conduct dissertation research in various British archives. We then moved on to Israel for the 2012-13 school year and I changed the title accordingly. This blog was originally meant to serve as a kind of 21st century electronic postcard to friends and family back home, but we have discovered that it has an added bonus of serving as a scrapbook for us as well.
